Do I need an account? No. Every core feature works without signing up.
An account only exists so your credits and orders follow you to a new phone.
What are credits? Generating one AI reference template costs 1 credit.
New users get 6, and 1 more is restored every hour. You can also buy more
under the "Me" tab. Shooting with a template you already have costs nothing.
I forgot my password. Use the recovery code you saved at sign-up:
tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. Accounts are not tied to a phone
number or email, so the recovery code is the only way back in — keep it safe.
What is the yellow text while shooting? On-device, real-time framing
guidance — which way to move, closer or farther. It needs no network and
costs no credits.
How do I delete my data? Without an account: Settings → Content &
Safety → Delete my data. With an account: Me → Delete account. You can also
email us and we will do it for you.
How long does analysis take? Usually a few seconds to a dozen,
depending on your connection. Our servers are in mainland China, so it can
be slower from other regions.
